LCEC Introduction to Energy Efficiency Path 1

The Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC)is a national organization affiliated to the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water. LCEC addresses end-use energy conservation and renewable energy at the national level. It supports the Government of Lebanon in developing and implementing national strategies that promote the development of efficient and rational uses of energy and the use of renewable energy at the consumer level. LCEC is a financially and administratively independent and operates under the direct supervision of the Minister. In its efforts to promote energy efficiency and support the ESCO market in Lebanon, LCEC is collaborating with Schneider Electric in the development of three Energy University learning paths towards energy understanding and management. This path is an introduction to the concept and terminology of energy efficiency and energy planning. It is essential to the general public and management-level professionals.
